Amber coloured, top-fermented beer with a lively taste and velvet soft aroma. Brewed with Saaz hops and 100% pure malt, without the addition of maize or other brewers' sugars. Only 5% alc.vol., great thirst quencher and very stimulating to the taste buds. Our recommendation is to drink out of a " Bolleke ", the famous bowl shaped De Koninck glass.

The Belgian Pale Ale is somewhat related to the English beers also known as Pale Ales. The British use of hops and specific yeast strains gained much favor in Belgium for this style, particularly after World War II.
